It was great to find someone who could do so many projects for me. Dennis extended his time to make sure he finished plaster repair and painting, kitchen faucet installation, storm door installation, and light fixture replacement. He handled all of my old woodwork with care. Great communication throughout the project.

Dennis was great to work with. He was able to give me a quote the same day I requested. His quote was reasonable and he and his employee showed up exactly on time on the day we planned. The work was done on time and on budget. Will work with him again when future needs arise.

Mr. Jones was very punctual but told us that all storm doors have the same problem, no matter how expensive they are and can?t be fixed. Another handyman installed the door a year ago and no longer is in business. Mr. Jones was at our house 15-20 minutes looking at the door and when we ask about payment he said he had a $250. charge (which was never mentioned before) but he would charge us only $100. Cash would be best. He was very negative and talked down to us.

"Linda I talked to your husband 2 months prior there is no parts available for your storm door. You did not mention that I fixed the air leak at the bottom, I explained to your husband how to fix the top of the hole that is there sorry that the guy who installed it messed it up. And yes I have a 250.00 minimum my time my fuel for a 15 min time my time is valuable. Sorry you are upset Dennis Jones."

I HIRED HIM TO PUT STAND UP SHOWER, VANITY, TOILET CONNECT ALL OF THEM. PUT SHOWER IN WRONG, VANITY NOT CONNECTED, TOILET STILL IN BOX, AND SHOWER HAS a BIG HOLE DRILLED INTO IT WILL NOT WORK. He tells me in the middle of job he is not feeling well and is quitting does not say needs some time off. Leaves the job undone does not give me a copy of what was done, does not say he is coming back to finish the job. I cannot find anyone to finish the job. good thing we have 2 bathrooms till I fall down and break my neck. We should have had a service contact. and believe me we will have one if I ever find a honest repair man. Or find another contact company that backs up the customer and the contractor.

"Vivian, I am sorry things did not work as we had planned but you costing my company to much money for me complete the project, I can not afford to drive 30 miles every time I give you a price on a project. When I e-mail you the pricing and what will be doing. I had to constantly go to your house to explain to you what was in the e-mail in the first place then wait a day for an answer then drive back to get the material money. then drive an hour for material. I hope you find someone that is willing to do your project in your mobile home. And I called 2 days later to come back and do the job you told me NO. So think you for your review."

Dennis was punctual and persevered on a challenging project, putting together some Wayfair furniture. I highly recommend Dennis. I will never purchase Wayfair furniture again!
