Hello! My name is Derek Bascue and I have been working and developing knowledge in several handyman fields for over 15 years now. I started out being a janitor at a local daycare while still in high-school and was most recently the "Building and Grounds" technician at a local factory until they got rid of the position. I have cleaned, installed flooring from carpet to tiles, done concrete and landscaping, framed houses, wired entire homes, installed drywall, and had success as a general handyman for a couple local businesses. I'm not afraid to admit I don't know how to do something so if you have something you need done that I haven't mentioned don't hesitate to ask! "Getting service these days has turned into being a real hassle as most local service providers hire nationwide call takers/screeners, which may save them time and money, but can be a real time-consuming hassle, for various reasons, to the prospective customer. NL E&A Service was one of the very few to provide an e-mail address as well as a telephone number directly to their office in which to get their attention quickly, which proved to be far easier than the nationwide gatekeepers. NL procured the appliance I needed, arrived per scheduled, installed and tested it professionally, cleaned the installation area better than he found it, and gave maintenance guidance, all at a quoted ethical price that was less than any of those who so ventured to even quote a price. Needless to say, my experience was far better than hoped for, considering the number of nationwide telephone callers, most of whom knew nothing of what I needed, despite my indicating such in my initial request for service. Let a word to the wise be sufficient!"
