After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. "I wanted to choose zero stars for a rating about BORDNER ROOFING OF RAYTOWN, MO. Our roof was leaking so bad we had a kidde pool in the livibg room catching rain water. I gave them a huge deposit. When it started getting too cold to roof I went to their office after they kept my huge deposit for 3 months. I told them to give me my money back & they refused. I said it will be too cold to roof it properly. They promised the shingles would lay/seal down when the sun comes out & warms them up. 3 months later in the spring the shingles didn't seal down !!! They also nailed the shingles too high !!! I met with them again a few months ago in their office & they kept saying, "We stand behind our work" THEY ARE SUCH LIARS !!! They came out a few times & put silicone or tar under some shingles that buckled up or folded back. That didn't help. 5 sections of the roof are having the same problem. This isn't acceptable !!! I had 5 companies inspect the roof & they all said it was very bad workmanship, it was too cold & the shingles were nailed too high !!! I contacted the BBB & Bordner lied to them & BBB closed the case. I have photos, documents & video to prove my case !!! They damaged my home, my gutters, my lawn, some plants, they took 21 days to do the roof...other roofers said it shouldn't have taken more than a week. ☆☆☆☆DON'T HIRE BORDNER☆☆☆☆"

Since 1992 we have provided the highest quality siding (James Hardie Preferred Remodeler), windows, doors and guttering with professional installation for homes in Wichita, KS, and the surrounding areas.

"Had several problems with them residing my house. First of all, the dumpster was supposed to be at my house early in the morning on the day that they started. It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."
