"I have two very large oak trees that needed some serious thinning out and trimming. Mary was a delight to talk to and share about their family business. She made me feel comfortable with my choice to hire. Marvin came out and gave a fair estimate on the work that needed to be done to save my roof and the trees. He called his arborist out to check on the health of one tree and answered all my questions about trying to save it or take it down. We decided to try to save it. On the day of service we observed a squirrel entering the tree that's health was a concern. The level at which the squirrels had made their home brought little doubt that the tree could be saved and more worries about it causing serious damage if it falls. This tree will have to be removed. I'm extremely satisfied with the job that was done considering the task at hand. Everyone on the crew was professional, causious and courteous. The clean up job was above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for all my tree and lawn care needs."
