They had an excellent crew and good equipment (trucks, trailers, loading crane, etc.). Had a smaller tree that we decided to remove rather than trim and they did this for no additional charge. They came out the same day I called (on a Saturday!), gave me a very reasonable estimate and were able to get me on the schedule for early in the week to remove the broken branch and trim the rest of the tree. The other companies I tried to contact never even returned my call. I'll definitively use Outdoor Experts KC again if I need my big silver maple trimmed or any other landscaping I can't do myself!"
