"I have dealt with a contractors here in the Wichita area and Mid-America exteriors are by far the best. What I particularly appreciate what is the fact that went Seth arrived to look at the job and see what I needed he spent time with me listening to my needs and asked all along questions to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. When he told me that the estimate will be available on a particular day it was there. Also, Joey was very diligent in letting me know the status of my work order, when the work would start, who is coming over and how to contact them if I needed to, and what supplies were in the warehouse and with supplies were still on or and when they were going to get there. I don’t think I could’ve asked for much more than that. The crews that showed up were there when they were supposed to. I even got heads up phone calls they were on their way. The cruise very professional, did an outstanding job, cleaned up, and even followed up by asking me if I was satisfied with the job. If I could put this company on speed dial, I would do it! I’m not saying that this was some of the best work and I had done, this was THE Best work I’ve ever had done. When I hired this company again? In a New York minute!"

"Ryan from Midland came and did the estimate and did a outstanding job. The installation team came on Saturday which I was very unhappy with the results. I went to Midland and discussed my issues with Gerald on Monday and showed him my issues. He stated stated that I will be contacted shortly about fixing the problem. I called back on Tuesday and stated to the office and they stated it will be corrected by Saturday. Saturday came so on Sunday I fixed all the deficiencies for about $5.98 and 20 minutes. Drew the manager called me on Tuesday and he stated he has seen the pictures that I dropped off and would investigate and will get back with me. By Thursday no return call so I called Drew again and up to the following Monday no one has contacted me. So on Sunday I went to Home Depot and purchased the materiel. . Great customer service don't you think ! still no response !!!"

"They sell their product with a hard to believe warranty, weâ ll if itâ s to good to be true, it isnâ t! The crew that installed my siding removed and reinstalled incorrectly my 5 exterior lights. I have been complaining for the 2 years since the install. They said it was my problem since their crew was not supposed to do the lights. What?!!! Point is they did and no one ever said I was supposed. Then they said they had no record of my complaints. Now they are saying itâ s storm damage! What the hell! "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
