Also, Joey was very diligent in letting me know the status of my work order, when the work would start, who is coming over and how to contact them if I needed to, and what supplies were in the warehouse and with supplies were still on or and when they were going to get there. I don’t think I could’ve asked for much more than that. The crews that showed up were there when they were supposed to. I even got heads up phone calls they were on their way. The cruise very professional, did an outstanding job, cleaned up, and even followed up by asking me if I was satisfied with the job. If I could put this company on speed dial, I would do it! I’m not saying that this was some of the best work and I had done, this was THE Best work I’ve ever had done. When I hired this company again? In a New York minute!"

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
