Was prompt on arrival and submitting report. However did not receive a written report without a printer it was difficult for me. I should have made it clear that I needed a written report by mail.

Working with Bill From Fidelity Property Inspections, LLC was a fantastic experience. He explained all his findings and also suggestions for correcting them. Because of his quality inspection standards, he is very thorough and went further than what was required of him. Him doing this, identified some important repairs that would have evolved into much larger repairs since they were not in high visible locations. Bill was great. I had a sewer company come out and the technician couldn't find the sewer line. Bill helped the technician for longer than I would have and not getting paid for. His inspection seemed very thorough and the report was prompt and easy to understand. Would definitely hire again.
