Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. Then we got the bill... almost $700 dollars. Nothing itemized, nothing broken down, just a flat fee. So she called. No answer. She emailed, waited 3 days... no answer. She called again, no answer, and left a message. When they finally got back to us we were told it was this much because we were being charged for a "whole service package" including a 1 year warranty. We declined and asked repeatedly how much the warranty was, and how much the service was. They literally COULD NOT answer this. We kept asking for a simple breakdown of fees. She kept evading the question and finally just agreed to refund "$300 for the warranty". Still never got a straight answer"

"The lifting and crack sealing of my driveway and front walkway/porch was fantastic. The driveway sank a little bit a couple of months after application and they came back to lift it free of charge. However, if you need concrete flatwork done, I would suggest going elsewhere. We had two corners that needed poured because they were too damaged to lift. They had to come out to repour three times in one year, and the concrete is already starting to crack again."

Pretty slick snowjob, they quoted us 3 days but took 5. They dumped all the concrete they removed in the backyard without asking and left an enormous hole in the front of the house where the fireplace is. When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."
