"Mark and Josh, with help from Nick, restored my old 1917 garage. Most contractors I talked with seemed to have no idea what to do, but Mark figured it out. He was responsive and professions. It was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend Moonlight Renovations, and I will be hiring them again. One of their characteristics that I valued the most was the responsiveness. Whenever I left a message, they got back to me right away. I always knew what was going on and what the schedule was. They went far beyond my expectations. They did little things, like cleaning out their equipment so I could use the garage on the weekends. I didn't expect that and didn't ask for it, but they did it without my saying anything. I can't go on enough about how happy I am with the results of this project. I'm attaching before and after photographs."

"Fonda and Steve run a fantastic company, excellent communication and quality of craftsmanship. We used them 1st to build decking over our back patio and a privacy wall, to enclose our hot tub. A few months later we had them remodel our kitchen which included adding new cabinets, painting existing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting and plumbing. They were always prompt, dependable, cleaned up after each day’s work and extremely easy to communicate with. "Deano Tile was fantastic to work with to remove and replace my dated kitchen backsplash when we remodeled our kitchen. Their team quickly demoed the backsplash and put up backer board and waited a few weeks while we worked on other projects. Then they came back and put up the tile I ordered from a third party. They were very courteous, always putting down drop cloths for the flooring and cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend Deano Tile for any tile needs."

"Josh was very friendly and accommodating from the very beginning. We had a collaborative process while making design decisions both in the planning phase and during construction. Once Josh and Frank got started, they were friendly, efficient, and tidy (as can be). We were satisfied with the final product. There were a few small things that popped up after the project was complete but Josh responded quickly to get everything fixed up again. We were going to hire them for a kitchen project but are moving instead and didn’t have the chance."
