We are very pleased with our new deck. We worked hard to find a good contractor with a decent bid. F&J exceeded our expectations. Now we just need some decent weather to enjoy it properly!

F&J Services built the beautiful, strong, low-maintenance deck I had been imaging. They really made it happen! The chosen aluminum railing system will never need staining. The stairs are much less steep with a generous landing for added safety of older friends, relatives, and children. The steps have now been replaced and are under a roof to help protect them, and the deck, from sun, rain, and snow. F&J are general contractors licensed in Johnson County, KS. They used an architectural firm to create detailed drawings which were permitted through the JoCo Building Permits Department. Fernando was a joy! He understood what I wanted from my rough sketch while meeting with him for the quote. Their professional, skilled crew worked diligently until the project was completed. Fernando stayed in easy phone or in-person contact throughout the project. He let me know via text what to expect such as when supplies were to be delivered. I couldn't be happier! What a well-run business. Fernando is easy to work with. The crew was mostly only two men, but they removed 300 feet of old fence and installed new in a bit over four working days. Very well done!

Great company!! They helped us with phase one installing 30 trees creating a berm digging out tree stumps grading and doffing. We will use them again with our phase 2 in the future! I needed about 40 feet of fence and two gates installed. Fernando and the crew did a great job. They also had the challenge of not disturbing the numerous underground wires where the fence was to be located. I also had an earlier project where they installed 12 feet of vinyl fencing on both sides of a patio. They did a great job on both projects, I plan on using them again for additional work.

F & J Services did a good job power washing, re sanding and edging my small patio, but charged too much for the labor and materials involved.

I hired F&J Services to install a small paver patio area and almost 100ft of landscaping block edging. I originally purchased the materials and intended to do the job myself, but winter was approaching and I ran out of time. F&J Services did a much better job than I could have, and at a reasonable price. They were also very easy to work with and communicated well.
