On time! Quick to communicate and update! Clean! Fair! Honest! And a solid guy. The first time I met Chris, I knew he was special, talented and unique. I had multiple trees fall on my home this year due to severe weather during the spring and summer. At every step of the process, Chris and his team were there to help me navigate multiple insurance claims, a long list of repairs and a handful of extras. He handled by never-ending list of questions with grace, detail and a level of promptness you donâ t always get from people who you hire. Home construction is an eventful journey, complete with many twists and turns, and I couldnâ t think of a better contractor to get you across the finish line on time and on budget than Chris.

Chris demoed and replaced my tub/shower unit, tile, etc in an upstairs bathroom. Outstanding customer service! He responds to emails, phone calls, and texts almost immediately. He shows up as scheduled, cleans up at the end of the day, is a pleasure to have in the house. I'm pretty picky and although I didn't make many specific requests of Chris, I found his work to be exceptional. Neat, clean, precise. Another plumber had told me that 2 men could not get the old cast iron tub down the stairs and out of the house by themselves. Chris and his associate did it carefully and quickly. "Just a matter of strategy," he said. I am very pleased with the work Chris did and will definitely use him again.

Chris is now the only contractor I will call for renovation or construction. He said it best the day he walked in to see our bathroom for the first time: "It's all about communication." With Chris and his team, that isn't just an empty phrase. Chris was extremely responsive and an excellent communicator. I could also probably go on about his efficiency, speed, quality subcontractors, and great value (which most certainly put him a cut above the rest), but the most important part to our project going so incredibly smoothly was communication. Chris under-promised and over-delivered on schedule, which every day matters when an only-bathroom is down. So thankful to find Chris and his excellent team, and looking forward to working with them in the future.

Chris did a great job remodeling our laundry room. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the time it took complete the remodel. We will use them again in the future.

Chris and George did an AMAZING job with our basement and bathroom remodel. They are very detail oriented with a great eye for the little things. They made suggestions that would work well for our project and were always making sure that we were happy with what they had done before moving on to the next aspect of the project. Very easy to work with and flexible when changes/additions occurred with the project. They were always looking out for us when it came to keeping costs down. They are very efficientâ and keep things very neat and tidy, which can be difficult during a big project. We thoroughly enjoyed having them work on our basement. The project was completed as quickly as the pandemic would allow. Chris and George were always making sure different parts of the project were done and ready even when waiting on materials and such. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for just about any project. Looking forward to working with them on our next project!! Thanks for excellent work! We love how everything turned out. Chris and George are amazing. Their work was impeccable and they communicated closely with me every step on the way. There were no unpleasant surprises or delays and they did everything they could to make my kitchen remodel go as smoothly as possible. I especially appreciate them giving me a heads up as to when they would be arriving each day. They were very patient when I made minor design change decisions. To the extent itâ s possible with the noise and inconvenience of remodeling, I enjoyed having them in my home. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

These folks are amazing! They are reasonably priced and let you take on part of the work where possible to help with leveraging costs. Excellent communication and logistical efforts. Extremely knowledgeable and talked us through everything along the way. All employees are kind and always clean up at the end of the day. HIRE THEM!

The only person I know that is more detail oriented than Chris and George is myself! I have had them do multiple jobs over the last 10 years at my house, and it is to the point where i don't need to be home while they work. The first one they refurbished my basement and they made about a half inch mistake after installing the framing. They actually ripped it all out and started over on their own time which really shows that they deliver excellence. If it isn't perfect from initial design and engineering all the way to the build out they will take care of it to make it right. They are very conscientious, do fabulous work, and offer nothing less than high quality. They are very flexible with adjusting contracts to accommodate change orders. They do a great job building out the contract and providing the details of the job. It is fabulous working with Chris and George!

They offer competitive pricing and the provide great value! They have done 2 houses for us now and we don't even get second opinions because we know they are our guys.
