"So far great. I called for an estimate, the sales guy wanted me to purchase of course but wasn't overbearing. We got the system shipped to us. This is a DIY install, so just know that going in if you buy one. Also, there is a one year or 3 year contract, and if you want out of the contract, you will pay 80% of the remaining contract. The sales guy was very upfront and clear about that. If you move you can take your system/contract with you, or transfer it to the next homeowner. There are videos you can watch about installing, as well as a manual -- took a little looking on the website but there are multiple helpful manuals, call and ask if you can't find them. Also, calling the tech guys for help was easy, I was able to get through with little or no wait, and they were patient and very helpful each time. Having never installed a security system, it took us an evening rather than 15 minutes, but we have old doors that are not flush with the jams and needed to figure out how to line up the door sensors.That, and figuring out where to place the motion detectors, was all that really took time, it wasn't too bad. The base unit worked fine from the start, the voice has a pleasant British accent when "she" talks to you. You can arm your system and disarm with their keychain remote, but that left us unsure whether the system was in fact armed. (Couldn't hear the nice British voice through our door). Using our mobile phones seems better for us, the package where you can use your phone does cost $10 more per month but seems worth it to us. I did look into another very similar DIY system from another company that was less per month with no contract, and read many reviews. It seemed that other's experiences with customer service was sometimes good, sometimes not, and some had good experiences with the equipment, some didn't. We decided Front Point is worth the extra $ rather than take a chance. As far as cost, we got 2 door sensors, 3 motion detectors, base unit, stickers and sign for $99, our monthly fee is $45 with a 3 year contract."

"It was easy. No one came to my house. I answered their questions. Those answers provided them with what they needed to send me a DIY system to arm my home. Everything was explained and all seemed simple until I got the kit. Nothing was wrong with the kit, however, I was nervous that I would not line up door and window sensors correctly. Afterwards, I could not figure out why I was so hesitant and nervous. I have tripped the alarmed, was quickly contacted and false alarm cancelled."

"My appointment was at 9am. I had one of the cleaners arrive at 9am however, the other two were late, approximately 9:20am. Cleaning really didn't start until 9:30. I walked through each room and discussed with them the items that were important to me - specifically the fine dust from construction. They stayed until 12:30pm (3 hours).
One of them (Max) spent the majority of her time in the kitchen. She did a good job and met all of my requests for the kitchen and what I would expect of a deep clean. The powerwashing was good (Doug came and did it). Although for $120 - he spent maybe 45 minutes so not sure that was worth the price. The window sills also were cleaned well which is an off item I requested. 
 
The other two spent their time in the 2 full baths / 1 half bath, bedrooms, and family room. In my guest bath, the tub rust was not cleaned as requested. Also, the mirror goes up to the ceiling (approx. 7 ft) and she only wiped down what she could reach. I had to call Doug back to clean the rust out as requested and he was very prompt to take care of the issue; however, this should have been communicated to the cleaner prior to arriving at my house as discussed and addressed on site.
The bedrooms they pretty much vacuumed and beds made - not a "deep clean" in my mind. When I checked after they said they were finished, none of the walls were spot cleaned, the baseboards were not touched, above the doors frames were not cleaned for fine dust. In addition, I had cobwebs still in my bedroom. When dusting, they just use a duster rather than pledge or something to really pick up the dust. My fans were not touched, and since I had so much fine dust, when using the duster they were just pushing it around. I even found pieces of furniture and mirrors which were not touched / dusted at all. Given the fine dust was my #1 concern given the construction, attention to these details should have been their #1 priority. If the company is not equipped to do this type of work - they should have said so in advance. 
The floor washing was sub par - they used a light floor mop and would mop around things rather than move them. I found accumulated dust / particles missed under my kitchen table and close to my entry way and they did not feel clean afterwards. It was done similar to what a swifter does (which in my mind does not meet "deep clean" standards). I ended up washing them again myself. 
The windexing / wipe down of windows was sub par as well. Some of the windows still had paint on them and were not scrapped or touched, even though we talked about it. I recognize this is not something they normally do, however, when there was still paint left on windows they apparently cleaned, I assume they probably did not touch them. I ended up having a window company come in afterwards to do approximately half ot he inside windows the right way. 
 
When I pointed out all of the things they missed, they ran through the house trying to hurry to get them done as they were running out of time to make it to another appointment, even though I was told it could take up to 4 hours. They attempted to "fix" these items within about 15 minutes (which obviously was not enough time) as they were in a hurry to get to another job afterwards. They only spent 3 hours and did not allocate enough time to do those "extra" items we agreed upon and that was in my quote and I discussed up front with them. 
 
Overall - I would say they are a cleaning company and the work they did would have been satisfactory if I was just hiring someone to do a regular clean. However, given I paid this "deep cleaning" price and requested specific deep clean items to be addressed, nothing they did wasn't something I could do myself. The kitchen was done well, but my concerns around the fine dust were not met nor some of my other items I had to have them address a second time. Either the house was "mis bid" or this company is not equipped with cleaners that adjust from their usual stuff they do to a normal house. I would not have gone with this company if I would have known it was going to be a regular cleaning with some additional time spent in the kitchen. Doug and his wife are very nice people and very prompt to respond to my complaint about the rust in the tub; however, the other items mentioned above are really around the quality of their cleaners they employ. Max in the kitchen did a great job and shows attention to detail; however, the other two did not show this attention to detail even after walking them through and leaving a list of items I wanted which were important to me. Minus the kitchen,overall I do a better job of cleaning my floors and the other parts of my house, considering this is supposed to be a "deep" clean. I would not use this company again.

"There were a number of stairs involved with the whole process in taking the old fridge out as well as having to remove the door on the fridge in order to get it out of the front door.  He also disposed of the old refrigerator for us.  Then he had to move the working refrigerator from the basement up two flights of stairs as well as manovering it around a corner.  He and his helper did an excelent job and charged a very fair price.  We will definitely use David again when we move in the spring.
