"Purchased the heating/AC units in October 2013 and the first winter with the new unit was great. During the sales process I was given a detailed proposal of the specs and pricing for three options so I knew exactly what I was getting. The installation process was smooth and the technicians were professional. When it came time for the spring tune up, they actually called me to set up an appointment. All around great customer service and they made the HVAC buying process easy! I'm very happy to have them handling my heating and cooling needs."

"We have a home warranty and placed a service call through our home warranty company for AC repair. In the 20 yrs. that we have owned our home, we have had 5 different HVAC companies come out on service calls or maintenance tune ups. Max-Pro Heating and Cooling is by far the best HVAC company we have ever had. Charity the office manager and scheduler gets 5 stars for her professionalism, concern for customers and downright great service!! She also kept me updated on when technician would be able to to come out. Sean the technician was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, hard working and did a superb job for us with great attention to details!!! He took the time out to explain what he was doing along the way. We were so happy and satisfied with Max-Pro that we completed a survey for our home warranty company and we gave Max-Pro several 5 star ratings. "Zach and his 2 guys were thorough during the entire replacement of my ac and furnace. They worked quckly and cleaned up after they were finished. Zach was informative during the whole process & scope, pricing and install. Gave me good options to choose from both in terms of prices and brands. He left my furnace area in better shape then he found it. Same with the AC unit and he even did quite a bit of trimming around the AC unit. before hand. Would highly recommend Zach.
