I didn't know what to expect when I set up an appointment with Jason. After he started talking, it was clear that he knew his stuff and was here to get my AC to working as quickly as possible. He checked some things inside and then went outside to check the AC unit. He came back in about 10 seconds with his diagnosis: My unit was not working properly because 1) It needed to be cleaned, and 2) probably needed some freon. He promptly got on with it, checking the critical parts (they were okay) and giving me a good education in some AC mechanics (which he's understandably good at since he's been an instructor for AC techs). In short, Jason is not only good at what he does, he cares about his work and the people he's helping. He impressed me so much that I asked him if he would be "go to" guy for taking care of my heating and cooling. So now, I not only feel better because he got my AC working for much less than I expected and my house is cooling down, I feel assured that when I have a problem in the future, I can call the best to come fix it, Thank you, Jason!
