We used Air Care for a repair to our air conditioning this summer and then we also had them come do some fall maintenance to our system. Larry came out and was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, as scheduled. Highly recommend this company and we’ll use again.

They had done the installation previously. I am committed to them for a year because of the installation. It was a 2-stage furnace and air conditioner. My electric and gas bills have been significantly lower by at least one-third up to one-half.. Their price may have been a little higher but I got what I paid for. They are professional and did a great job.

My interaction with them went fine. They were very professional, good, responsive and clean. The $8000 that I paid also included air cleaning. I would use their services in the future too and in fact, they are going to do the maintenance on my system.

I've had a contract with this company to maintain them for about 20-25 years now. I keep an annual contract every year with this company. If I ever need anything extra, they come right away and they do their job well. I have no complaints about this company. I know they're a little expensive but they do a great job.

The night after New Year, the furnace just shut down. I called them and they came out the next day and got it done within a day or so. They replaced the original equipment in the house which was about 20 years old. I have a service contract with them. They come out twice a year. They came out in the fall. They had to replace some parts. When the furnace shutdown I thought it had something to do with the part that had to be replaced. When they came out they realized it was another part. I would have to spend about two grand just to get it repaired. At that point I decided to replace it completely. I had an electronic air filter on it before and it got that from him and that increased the price by $900. I could have had it done for a lesser price somewhere else but I did not want to take a chance. I had an experience with them before and I knew that they would be around if I needed them. I will consider using them in the future.
