"We had originally hired another company to fix a clog in the main line. They ended up hammering the opening to our main sewer line so much that they broke it and blamed it on old pipes. It was warped from them hammering, it did not break on its own. This company came in and not only fixed the broken opening, but also did it for around 1/4th of the cost that the other company had quoted for their mistake."

"Job was to stop leak, change and install new shower faucet. He only was able to fix the leak and couldn't install the new shower which he just put in a rubber oring seal and also changed out the pipe that goes for the bottom shower pipe. Still not a new shower set. Took the whole day and could not take off the metal pipes. Didn't change out what I wanted and still charged me for the hours he was here. He did however didn't charged me for the items he had bought hoping to change it. He was very friendly but I think I shouldn't have to pay for hours wasted that he couldn't do it."
