"We had originally hired another company to fix a clog in the main line. They ended up hammering the opening to our main sewer line so much that they broke it and blamed it on old pipes. It was warped from them hammering, it did not break on its own. This company came in and not only fixed the broken opening, but also did it for around 1/4th of the cost that the other company had quoted for their mistake."

Plastering and skimming are two different techniques for finishing walls. Plastering involves applying a thick layer of a plaster mixture—typically containing gypsum, lime, cement, sand, and water—to create a new surface. Skimming, on the other hand, is a technique that involves applying a thin layer of drywall compound or joint compound over an existing surface to smooth it out, covering minor imperfections, small cracks, or uneven textures for a polished look.
