They were prompt with meeting me to go over project.  I got an estimate in a timely manner.  They answered all my questions and modified estimate per my requests.  Once we elected to do work they gave an estimated start date.  They were a little behind on the actual start date, but weather was likely the culprit as it was quite a rainy season.

Once work started they completed in a reasonable time and work looked good.

Have not had any issues since install.

The work was well done, though early follow up was driven by me more so than the company. The salesman was nice enough but initially slow to respond and showed later than the appointed time. Later contact was progressively improved.

I felt that the crew was a good one and have had no issues since the repairs, having now experienced 3 or 4 good rains. While I felt that Robert's Roofing was well at the high end of cost I am happy with the final product and sense that they are a company of integrity should I require any call backs. I do live well out in the country and my concrete tile roof is very much a niche install. Several roofers previously declined the work as they were only familiar with torch downs or shingles.....I bit the bullet, moved on, and feel good at the end.

They fixed the problem completely and at a very reasonable cost!

They supplied an estimate within a week of our original call. They were only working part of the day due to the hot summer we were having, so it was several weeks before they got to our job. They called the day before, to say when they would start. They arrived early in the morning and finished the replacement in one day. They left no debris from removing 2 layers of old shingles.

Hired Robert's Roofing to repair a leaking roof (they didn't install the original 6 year old roof). They were courteous and responded quickly at first. They did the repair and cleaned up their mess. About 6 months later it leaked in the same spot and they came out to fix it at no charge. A little less then a year after that it leaked again but this time they were going to charge me $1500 to replace 3 sides of my roof (small sections). After a few more calls they stopped returning my phone calls and no longer would come out to my house. Keep in mind i was going to hire them AGAIN and pay them AGAIN to fix the original issue. I don't know why they wouldn't return my calls. Another roofing company told me they put shingles on too flat of a roof and that was why it was leaking. I hired that roofer and he pulled up several sheets of rotting and molded plywood that Robert's should have fixed the first time. I know it could be hard finding a leak but an improper repair is just as bad as no repair. That roofer took pictures of what was done incorrectly and suggested I take them to small claims court. A not so shining review will have to make due for now.

It went terrible. I feel like they don't care and I am not important enough. I hope it gets better because right now, I am not a happy camper

They arrived as scheduled to begin the work in late fall. The workmen were cordial, worked at a steady pace and left no debris behind when they left.
Since the weather was cool when the valley tin was installed, not all of the new shingles stuck down. Over the winter and spring months, we had strong winds and storms and some of the shingles became loose or were missing.
Each and every time we called back, they returned to repair the problems at no additional charge.

Another great experience with Roberts Roofing. They show up on time, complete the work on time and go over with you what they did and ask if you are satisfied before you ask for payment, then they do a follow up visit a couple of days later to make sure everything is still ok.
