JD Rabuck (owner) and his crew did a great job replacing our chimney.  His price wasn't the lowest but not the highest either.  He was easy to work with and prompt in responding to our request for a quote.  We are very pleased with the finish product.

Call gave a time for arrival, explained his findings told me the credit I was entitle to and an estimate for the repairs.

I bought the special service he had for $49 on June 18, 2015.  I let him know then that the roof was leaking and needed immediate attention.  He did not get around to even looking at the roof until July 1, 2015.  With as much rain as we have had that was totally unacceptable.  After the estimate I asked if he could do something to temporarily fix the roof until repairs could be made.  He said he could put a tarp on the roof.  I told him to please do that.  This is July 6 and still nothing.  This man is totally unreliable.  I noticed on different comments that he was slow but this is ridiculous.  NEVER will I ever use him again and I suggest that he be removed from Angie's list as he gives this site a bad name.  If he had been my first contractor to use on Angie's list I would not continue to use her site.

Upon the inspection by Mr. Rick McIntire of the leaks on my flat roof, I was given a fair quote and honest assessment of the problem (age) and the solution.  Because of this, I chose Rick over another potential roofer despite Rich is a newcomer in the roofing business.  He offered a 2-year warranty for the work.
After some heavy rain, I found some minor leaks and water ink on the newly replaced flat roof.  Rick and his crew came back timely to fix all areas.  For the leaks caused by the aged vent pipe and seal, Rick offered free labor to replace them.  
I like Rick's fair and honest way of doing business.  I would recommend him to my friends or anyone.

Excellent service - great to work with - competitive price.

They were very prompt coming over to give us a firm quote - telling us what to expect - bringing shingle samples over several times for us to pick from. Their crews were on time and worked hard to finish the project when they said they would.
They cleaned up all of the old shingles and hauled them off.
There was a slight problem with the new skylight so I called Rick today and he said he'd have someone over to fix it today or tomorrow. And I'm confident he will.
The new roof has only been on for a week now - so time will tell - but I'm sure that we will be happy down the road. And sure that Rick will be there if we have any problems.
