"I regret choosing Rhodes Roofing. The roof may be fine, but the experience was frustrating and disrespectful from start to finish. Communication was terrible. After signing the contract in December, I didn’t hear from the project manager, Chris Johns, once—not until the roof was finally installed in February. Every time I called the office, they said Chris would call me back. He never did. I should have known from the beginning when Chris made an inappropriate comment, telling me I “can’t use the money for a Disney trip.” That was out of line and condescending. Given how dismissive the whole process was, I can’t help but wonder if I wasn’t taken seriously because I’m a woman or a minority. No one explained what to expect, how the installation would work, or even gave me a heads-up before workers arrived at my house. I had to call multiple times just to figure out the next steps. When the crew finally showed up, I wasn’t even notified. To this day, I’m still finding nails in my yard. "This was the worst experience I have ever had they had to come out several times to redo the ac and heat scratched the truck in my driveway, bringing in the heater. They left the gas on my hot water heater but didn?t turn on my hot water heater then when they came back out to fix the issues and pick up the trash and tools they left they left the pipe for the gas not tightened so gas filled my house then when we got our inspection from the city they failed it the gas vent wasn?t done correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone talked to Steve he was going to find out more about the issues I had but never called me back "
