They were fast, professional, and thorough.  They were in and out in under an hour and a half, the carpet was cleaned.  I'd use them again.

Tech was prompt and called ahead of time and was very nice. I had purchased 1 gallon of treatment product for $65 and for two 4x4 areas it was $100.00, so I thought that was kind of high but I'm not sure. I probably would not use the dry method again as I like the yucky stuff to be extracted.

Person prior had cats and there were many urine stains (blacklight) and odor. Female spoke with discussed PURT. She sent someone and they arrived same day within an hour. Fabulous! Sprayed, cleaned and it dried in a few hours. Went downstairs and the urine smell was intense. Called them and they rescheduled for Friday. Thought they were recleaning and they did not but rather mixed something with water and sprayed heavily on carpet in bedroom and basement. He forgot the upstairs living area. Several days later it still smells. Called and left message. They returned call stating that they did not do the PURT but only disinfected and sanitized. She agreed that there was a misunderstanding and if I would like the PURT they would return but it would cost me an additional $70. I just spent $250 to have it cleaned--to be rid of the smell. Clearly did not get that. They were not willing to do anything further. Will not use nor will I refer. Requested a refund and have not heard back.

Scheduled 830-9.  At 930 I called to learn they were missing an employee.  They moved us to later in the day and advised someone would call when they were on their way.  No call.  Showed up at the farthest end of the new window.  The cleaning part seemed to go by pretty quick and the guy that did the cleaning was very polite and courteous, well groomed and dressed presentably.  When he was finished we were advised to wait 2-3 hours for drying and then vacuum again.  I had understood that the ChemDry process would be dry in an hour.  We waited the advised time, however much of the carpet was still wet and damp.  We set fans to run in the bedrooms and ended up leaving them on all night as they were still very damp late in the evening.  Needless to say it had been a very long day and resulted in everyone sleeping in the living room as it was so late and we were exhausted from the early rise to finish prep, as well as the prep we had done the days prior, to finish moving the beds back where they belonged. 
As far as the actual cleanliness of the carpet....living room and hall are dark brown so we didn't notice so much of color change, but it is back to being a soft, comfy, fluffy shagish carpet once again.  The bedrooms are much lighter in color so they look very much better, however, I was not impressed with the fact that the edges of the rooms are still not clean and some of the paint was scrapped off the base board in one of the bedrooms.
All-n-all...the carpets that looked the worst before look better, if you don't look at the edges, and I guess that was my goal.  Not sure what to do about the edges except get down there and clean it up myself.  And no, I did not call the office to discuss the dirty edges as the cleaner was the round kind that spins around so I figure its just how it is.

Chris arrived promptly as scheduled and was very courteous and professional. The stains are gone and the carpet looks amazing. I would recommend ChemDry and will use them again as needed.

The technician arrived on time and did a great job.  Carpet was mostly dry within a couple of hours.  Would definitely use again.

The Angie's Special was $159 for five rooms or 700 sq. ft. 
I did not want large furniture moved.  It only came to 476 sq. ft. for living room, dining room, 3 offices, 2 bedrooms, one hall.

I was totally satisfied.

As previously stated, I had the associate go back over the soiled spot going into the kitchen. And it did help. But we have put a small throw rug over it because it continues to get a lot of wear. While the carpet was not as clean as I would have liked, it was certainly better than when we first started moving items in. As stated in another review, others have been disappointed in the cleaning. But considering how dirty carpets can get, particularly light colored, and the time saved by not having to wait for all that water to dry from the carpet, I believe it is a reasonable compromise. If I had a family and/or really dirty carpets, I would use a different technique such as the big commercial steam cleaners.

Excellent.  Associate was very kind and respectful, performed an assessment of the house, took measurements and noted any pet stains.  Then I was presented with my options and the price depending on what was chosen.  Associate performed work above and beyond what I believed was expected for the duty.  He worked very hard, didn't take a break, even moved a few pieces of furniture that I asked be cleaned under.  I'm very happy with the quality of work, the cleaning methods used, and would suggest this company to friends and family for future usage.  With the exception of one very stubborn stain, all of the stains lifted after a few days and our pets have given disregard to the areas in question.

They were very responsive to scheduling and the tech was on time (no 4 hour window).  He worked very hard, moved furniture and did a very professional job.  All the other reviews were spot on, class operation all the way.  I'll use them again.
