We appreciated working with this group, as they were responsive and gave reasonable options for the installation.  You felt confident they knew what they were doing and we would use them again.

The price was reasonable.  They were all very professional.  I tried other construction companies and they said they would do it, but they never showed up or get back to me.  Klein Construction was fast, efficient and very pleasant.

They were pretty good. So far the roof has stayed on. It looks nice, so I think it's good. Insurance was involved in that one.

Like clockwork.  The sheet rock was patched, the old flooring removed, the new flooring laid and the wall painted.  The general contractor kept the pace, everyone was professional and the work was quality.  The hardest part was for us to choose flooring style and paint color.

On initial phone contact company answered quickly, operator handled all my request without a hand-off or time lapse.  Verbal responses were kind, supportive and  my request for an estimate will be handled tomorrow morning early.   Thanks, L.S.

Awesome. Robert Webber has been great to deal with as the contractor/Foreman. All subcontracts have addressed any hiccups without hesitation.

I needed a ladder added to a basement window well.  They came out and gave me an estimate on it.  When I requested that they go ahead with it, they had it finished the next morning.  They were very pleasant to work with.

I have used them three times on my rental properties and would use them again. They took a little longer than I think it should have on this one.

They did an A + job.  I did hire a decorator and they also worked with her.  I have not one concern about this company and their professionalism.  I think they are able to do every job imaginable from the smallest to our huge make-over!

STILL IN PROCESS HAS BEEN 7 WEEKS AND EXPECTED TO TAKE ANOTHER 3 WEEKS.  THE ITEMS THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR HAS BEEN HANDLED BY THEM WITH ESTIMATES.

They did a great job. They are very professional.

It was one of the smoothest projects I've had in awhile. They did it in as few visits as possible, and always let me know when they'd be there, or if they were not going to come on a particular day. The bid was detailed and the final billing matched their bid. In general they operated like a business is supposed to be run. Somebody is always there to answer the phone and the individual foreman assigned to my job was very good about communicating with e-mail too. They are not cheap, but also not anywhere near the most expensive bids either. Its a professionally run outfit and I'd use them again.

We had a terrible storm with hail the size of tennis balls in 2009. Since we were relatively new to this area, we didn't know who to call, so we relied on information from friends and other contractors. From this, we decided to call Klein Construction. They replaced both the gutter and the siding on the house and garage. The people who did the work were here promptly at 9:00 am. Their routine involved taking just a half hour break for lunch before getting back to work. The job was finished in a timely manner. When the job was finished, the contractor and I walked the property checking to see that everything was done properly. We couldn't be happier at how everything came together so nicely.
