"I do apologize for the confusion. When I opened up the chimney chase there was more damage than expected. I did call and leave a message but got no response So I went a head and fixed the damage. It took about 2.5 hours longer than I expected and only billed for 1 hour and the extra caulking required to complete job. Again I do apologize for any confusion."
