This was the worst experience I have ever had they had to come out several times to redo the ac and heat scratched the truck in my driveway, bringing in the heater. They left the gas on my hot water heater but didn?t turn on my hot water heater then when they came back out to fix the issues and pick up the trash and tools they left they left the pipe for the gas not tightened so gas filled my house then when we got our inspection from the city they failed it the gas vent wasn?t done correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone talked to Steve he was going to find out more about the issues I had but never called me back

Reddi is the biggest bunch of crooks in the Tri-State Area. We called when our utility room flooded with what WE thought was a hot water heater issue (we’re not professional plumbers). They had a tech come out who told us we needed a new water heater to the tune of $3200. It should’ve been an indication to him that wasn’t the issue when he drained the old heater into our main drain and it continued to flood. We had to put buckets there to catch it all. He proceeded to put the new hot water heater in, told us the issue was fixed and left. Later that evening I went downstairs and there was 1/2 inch of standing water in the same room. We called back and they sent the same tech out who said he thought the issue was actually the main drain. They sent another tech out the next morning who snaked the drain and ACTUALLY fixed the problem to the tune of $400. When we tried to fight the $400 bill since THEIR professional diagnosed the issue incorrectly, they first offered a 10% discount, then offered to split the bill with us. When asked to explain their justification for not waiving the smaller bill, their accountant told me their tech “is a plumber, not a drain tech” - whatever that means. Overall we feel very taken advantage of, particularly since we didn’t even fight the much bigger bill of $3500 but the much smaller one for the service we actually did need. Came to find out their techs work off commission though, so we won’t be calling them in the future and you shouldn’t either.

Great, Cody was very friendly, and professional! I always recommend him personally whenever I need any appliance like my Ac unit to be serviced. Please recognize him for a job well done consistently! ??

I called Reddi at 6:45am and reached one of their night operators whom said someone would call me within hour & they showed up shortly after. They were lifesaver as my 16yr pump was on its last leg. But Reddi responsiveness & Quality of work is to be commended. I give them A+

When I called for the estimate, they were very responsive... even coming out the very next day. The bid was presented on the spot and was quite reasonable. After getting a few others, we decided to go with Reddi. I called the sales rep who told me to call some woman in the office. I called and asked for her and you would think I was calling the president of the US. I had go through two gate keepers to even get to talk to her. They were rude and acted like they were trying to hid her from the customers. Once I reached her, I paid half down and we agreed on the rest after the installation. She said they would order the materials and be in contact right way to schedule... then the crickets started. So, I called after several days of waiting only to be told I need to call the sales rep. I call him and he tells me that he just ordered the materials and that I would just have to be patient. Then he tells me it will be done on either this day or that day. When they finally came, their work was really good. They did the tear out and set the posts on one day and returned two days later to put up the stringers and pickets. I was impressed with their work and with the materials used. So, I guess it was worth the really horrible communication, etc. I'd use them again, but I would expect to be in the dark and expected to just wait for them to decide to do the work.

They recognized the problem right away, and fixed it. I didn't competitively compare the job. The price was reasonable. I will pay anything at that point. I didn't have a problem with them. They come out and fixed my problems right away, and what seemed like an reasonable cost every time I used them.

They were excellent. I called yesterday in the morning to get on the schedule. The scheduler called just a few minutes later with a next day appointment between 8 and 10 am. They rang the bell at 8 am. Fixed it and was gone in an hour and 15 minutes later. My husband was thrilled!

Jan 3rd issue diagnosed Jan 4th motor installed. It was the wrong motor, so the installer modified the blower box to accommodate. Was at house >4 hours. It now makes a loud roaring sound throughout the house when running. Shorted our digital thermostat. Paid $600+ for the work. got no invoice or statement of work. Feb 6 they installed new parts. Same outcome Mid February, after many calls and many Reddi technician visits, they told me there was nothing else the could do. The furnace still roars loudly, they cashed my check, still have not provided a written invoice for the work they did. Told me I should probably buy a new furnace. Reddi is inexperienced, provides poor workmanship and customer service. they wanted my complaints to go away vs repair the problem.

Great! They were on time and they were really reasonably priced. We actually wound up having to call them back out a second time because we didn't know there were two leaks in two separate areas. They did an amazing job. We'll call them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

They were prompt and efficient during the routine system startup and shutdown. I thought I had a leak but after calling them out on a special trip they found that it was a sump discharge issue. They didn't charge me for the extra trip.

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your technician John Bertha  back on 10th of  December 2015. I was facing the problem of busted pipes. I am very pleased with the repair of my irrigation tap and water service. John was exceptional professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of  his work.  I really enjoyed John's input and his attention to detail and his great customer service and how he cares for his customers. I highly recommend your company to anyone regarding your expert services and professionalism.

He did really a fine job. He was able to crawl under the house, which my husband had trouble doing anymore. He knew exactly what he needed to purchase at Lowe's to get our water going again. I have to say it didn't take as long as I thought it would once he had the parts.
 It's very hard to find a plumber that will come out on Sunday even if they advertise they are a 24 hour service!! These folks did!! We also thought the repair bill was reasonable too...

I placed a call for the service on Friday and we were able to get a Monday appointment.  I was very happy that they could get to us so soon.
I don't remember being told a base rate for the service provide to come to our house.  The part was replaced in 15 minutes.  According to the service provide the part as $12-$13.  The total cost for the work was $156.00. 
I would not have selected this provider if I had know that we would be charged that much for a 15 minute service call.  I will not use this company again.

They came out and gave me an estimate and I had them come in to do the repairs. Things got a little difficult due to a tree growing above the waterline and they had to call in more people to assist. They did everything they were supposed to do in the amount of time they said they would do it.

It went very well.  They are very prompt and professional.  We have used them many times in the past for our home and rental properties.  They always do a great job and I appreciate that they are in identifiable vehicles and wear identifiable uniforms.  They provide licensed plumbers and electricians and its very convenient that they can do both.
