The hardwood cleaning equipment did not get into the corners well and no one cleaned that area manually. The carpets were still so dirty that I had to have another carpet cleaner re-clean them. The second cleaning brought out an enormous amount of dirt.

I called to get information and was able to get quote and date scheduled right away. Husband was at home during cleaning and we were very pleased with professionalism and overall results. We upgraded services per workers suggestion since former home owners had pet. We are contacting them again to have some carpet restretched prior to moving in furniture. Very pleased with overall experience.

They showed up on time and did a great job. They are very flexible (we added an additional space to clean at the last minute). They moved furniture and put it back in place when they were finished. Our carpeting is off white stainmaster, and looked really nice when they were finished. Drying time was about 6 to 8 hours without fans. The protection lasted for a long time. Spills were easy to blot up. They used a wand which allowed them to get into corners and tight spaces. No mess, everything is fed from and to their truck.

Agent did a good job cleaning the floors. I was surprised at all of the spots he got out. He even pointed a few out that I didn't see as ones he could not get out because they were just too set in within high traffic areas. There was some confusion as to when they would show up, I thought they would be here at noon instead of a 12:00 - 3:00 window, however they were here before 1:00 I think. Carpets took roughly 24 hours before we could walk on them or set furniture on it directly. However; they moved furniture such as the chairs and table. They also provided foam to set the furniture on so it was not setting on the wet floor directly.

They did a wonderful job and were very professional. They also were friendly and helpful. Their pricing was about average. They were here when they said they would be and did a great job.

I called yesterday and they arrived today. Very nice guys Mike and Bill, showed up in time appointed to me, cleaned my carpet, which looks great, even moved the furniture around for me! Very polite, friendly, knowledable rep's of the company. Did I mention that I just love how my carpet looks now! ha ha.... Will call them again.

It was fine. Their price was reasonable as we have a lot of carpets.

I've tried other carpet cleaners over the past 30 years and have usually been disappointed and always come back to Stanley Steemer and will never use another again. From the initial booking phone call to the completion of the cleaning, always a good experience. Very satisified with their professionalism and the quality job performed.

I can recommend them since they were very thorough and very fast. They did the moving and taking up of things that they needed to gather around so I was very pleased.

My experience with them was very good. The staff treated me fine. They were very friendly, very courteous, and very thorough.

They did such a good job that I will never use anyone else again. My carpets are a light color and they looked new. My mom said it still smelled like dog after the deodorizer so they came out and did it again free of charge. They did a really good job, I didn't have to worry about moving the furniture and stuff like that, they moved it and kind of propped it up so it wouldn't stain the carpet when it was drying. They have coupons online so the prices can be reasonable with a coupon. Without the coupon it can be a little expensive but with the coupon it is very reasonable. The scheduling times are good, they kind of work around your schedule well and come out when you need them to and they clean the carpets really well.
