"John Jordan came my home. I told John Jordan verbally the brand I want was Lenox brand . All this done on computer. Has computer was going back and forth the brand I told the sum I want didn't up on their. He didn't leave at physical contact . So next morning they was installing the wrong brand. A off brand Goodman. Then the sun brought physical contact . I contact about poor installation. They began out one over the loud sound The first two shows black material that allows heat to escape around the three pipes. Had not been address by the company. The cord you which hangs right with electric tape wrapped around a wire. What happened when electric tape no going holds the furnace stop working . They so clear around pipe going to air conditioner the tile has rise. The picture show how they attract the furnace to floor using a lot clear clock with 3 screws one at each corner. Which a then stip metrical . The material is screw down to the floor but it attached to furnace. This job slopp"
