I had 2 companies provide estimates but it was John's knowledge and manner that lead me to work with him. He was patient until we were ready to start and kept in contact. "The process was a joy! After receiving a formal quote, we were given a plan before the work began of when each room or area would be painted. We never felt like we were living in a chaotic state, as we have with past contractors. The prep work was extraordinary! The crown molding was recaulked as were the baseboards. Places where the tape along corners of the wall had cracked now look flawless. Paul is meticulous with his work! We will definitely use him again and are recommending him to all our friends."

"Joe was referred to us from a good friend of mine who was pleased with his work.  I called over the weekend, he called me right back and came over for an estimate that Saturday.  When they tore the old shower out he realized the plumbing behind the wall was corroded and replaced it.  And when I showed him the shower in the other bathroom and how it was old and wasn't working, he also replaced those faucets.  He also helped us get our vent fans working again, they were broken in both bathrooms. In addition to that, we had a leak that he also fixed and replaced the ceiling in garage (from the shower he was fixing). We decided to completely strip and replace exactly what we had in shower (it was outdated and plain white) because we were on a budget and we were trying to match tile that we had around the garden tub.  He knew I would be unhappy with plain white tile and talked me into a modern tile pattern, which we picked out together.  So glad he did because it is absolutely beautiful.   He made the tile stand out by taking it all the way to the ceiling, added a nook with a really cool pattern and placed some decorative strips.  It was so much more impressive than I could have imagined it.  And we already bought more tile to place around the tub at a later date to match.  It did take a lot longer than was estimated, some of the time spent waiting on ordered materials, but I am so glad that we did it.  Anytime he had questions he would call me, if I was at work.  All the staff was very friendly and professional.  He gave me a good price and did not overcharge me for the extra's.  And gave me a break on the price of the tile too."
