Efrain is very undependable and doesnâ t communicate with us very well. When he actually does the work heâ s pretty good. But he has a habit of disappearing mid project and doesnâ t return to finish the work.

Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps - Install
We originally agreed for {name removed} to install my paver patio, after he showed up and started the work, approx 3 hours later he left and only returned a few days later to get his tools after we had a conversation that I couldn't now afford the cost to complete the patio due to personal matters. He understood and then agreed to do the excavating, ground cover, gravel and repair the damage he did to the yard and fence gate. After numerous texts and phone calls I have gotten nothing but excuses and the run around. The last conversation I had with Efra, he agreed to finish the job on Tuesday August 13th and he was a no show. He blocked my number that day. I have sent a request via Zelle to get my deposit back from his wife Perla Rivas (deposit was paid July 8th).
