My heat pump went out during an extremely cold spell. They responded quickly and got it running until the pump could be replaced. Money was tight and I feel they were very honest and did not try to oversell something more than what I needed. The staff was very professional and performed several tests to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I highly recommend them.
