M&N Fabrication

I hired M&N Fabrication to install a pool fence in Lexington, KY, and the workmanship was extremely poor. Fence posts were set with little to no cement, leaving nearly all of them unstable and shaking. I attempted to get the issues corrected several times, but nothing was ever fixed. Promises were made about follow-up, yet no one ever contacted me to resolve the problems. Most concerning, the City of Lexington denied my fence inspection because M&N installed the gate to swing inward toward the pool, which is a clear violation of pool safety code that any professional fence installer should know. Because of this mistake, my pool permit cannot be finalized. This has caused unnecessary stress, expense, and delays. My experience with M&N has been unsafe, unprofessional, and unresolved, and I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring this company.

Excellent workmanship

Excellent work and cleaned up after themselves! I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent materials and build quality. Built a pool deck for me in 2 days. Craftsmanship is excellent. Owner is excellent as is office staff and crew. Hiring them again to build a deck off back of home to pool and hot tub.

Quick and easy, completely professional installers

After submitting a request for an estimate for the property, M&N was here promptly and 200pm the next day to give me an estimate. And after 3 other estimates I chose to use MNM because they made time on a Saturday to come and completed the project on one day and did a EXCELLENT JOB!!!!

They are exceptional and truly craftsman. They use the best materials, professional and detail oriented. They show up on time and finished the project within the timeline and budget.

They built a deck for me. It was exceptionally good work, and I would recommend them to anybody needing similar work done.

I find them very professional, quality of work is beyond anyone could expect, their work is done in a timely manner, I would hire them for all my future projects. I couldn't said enough, this guys are great.
