"The bathroom remodel was in April 2018. The job was finished one day later than described and that was unavoidable because I live in a very old house. Larry and Augie were absolute gentlemen, talented and skillful, and the job was cleaned up every day before they left. They arrived on time, took their lunches and breaks nearly to the minute and kept me informed every day of what was happening. The family room remodel will be completed next week when the bar top is installed and this job went exactly the same as the bathroom. Tommy and Eddie were also complete gentlemen and also very skillful and creative because in this old home creativity was a necessity to overcome some obstacles. Andy, the project manager, continually made his presence known and I felt very comfortable contacting him for any thoughts or questions I had. I would most definitely use Apex again."

Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops. "Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. After choosing the style and manufacturer we wanted, we got quotes from three providers / installers. Prestige had the lowest quote, beating one competitor by about $500 and the other by nearly $2,000. The office personnel were congenial and helpful - setting up the order and determining scheduling were very quickly and easily accomplished. The individual sent to make the measurements was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything he was doing and patiently answered every question we had. He went into great detail about our options for corner shape, beveling, cutouts, and joints. The installers were also punctual. "I purchased a cultured marble vanity top with a matching custom side splash. The sink and side splash came together in the same box, not ordered or made separately. The side splash came approximately ¼ inch too high. When I contacted American Kitchen and Bath, I was told that the side splash was within their error tolerance and the incorrect size was not their problem. I had to have the contractor, who was installing the sink, sand the side splash down to fit. I paid $56.00 for the custom side splash and then had to pay the contractor to fix it. I also purchased a cultured marble vanity top with a matching custom side splash from a large box store. The side splash cost $35.00 and fit perfectly."
