They gave me the wrong type of carpet. If you walk on it, you see your footprints. They were supposed to get the other one. The guy got it mixed up. I just stayed with it because once you get the carpet in, it's kind of a pain to redo the whole thing. I got a carpet I didn't really like. They were nice to deal with. But the sales guy got it mixed up. They should improve on communication. I would tell a friend or a family member to make sure they're emphatic about forgetting carpet. There are two different types and they're the same color and same carpet. They've got to know for sure that they know what they're selling. I don't think the guy understood. I think he knew what he was selling, but he was confused. Other than that, the installation was good. Their price was competitive. They were right here when they said they were going to be here.

The install was very good. Installers were courteous and worked fast. They took time to answer any questions I had and explained things.

Barb was great to work with, and had great design ideas for a limited space. She was very accommodating, flexible and patient with our last minute ideas or changes and worked well with our contractor. She also led us to a great deal on the wood flooring we used. Everything we ordered came in on time and in good condition.

They did a good job. I like the wood. They worked all day and they were on time.

It has been fine and good. Most of that was done before we bought the house. They were very good. They listened to what we needed and they went ahead and and got what we needed. They took care of us. It was up very well. The price was okay. We went there because we wanted something to match what we had. The quality was terrific.

Two guys came in the morning and ripped out our old windows. By the end of the day, the new ones were installed. 
We have no air leaks and you cannot tell that these windows were not originally in the house.
The men were very professional and by the quality of the work they did, very experienced.
We would definitely be using their services in the future.

My experience has been excellent with Von Tobel Lumber and Hardware. I've always found them helpful and they have quality service and supplies.

Ordering materials was a bit cumbersome with limited personal attention. Supplies did not all get delivered as promised resulting in significant delays in completing the bathroom.

I purchased a vanity and quartz top a few years ago. The staff was very helpful. I also purchased a kitchen faucet last year $50.00 less than another plumping store.

They were fabulous. They finished the work in one day. They stayed late to finish the job. They were very good.

I will use them again in the future.

Von Tobel provided an accurate estimate for quartz countertops. It was much more reasonable than Costco or Sears.Once we decided, they came to measure with a laser in two days. The counters were ready and installed in less than two weeks. A professional crew of three came to fit and install, which took about 8 hours. We had a slight problem with fitting in the cooktop the next day, but they returned immediately and solved the problem without major work. They did not leave until we were satisfied.
Von Tobel also provided us a list of three local contractors to contact for other work we needed. We were very satisfied with the services of the contractor we chose.

They gave excellent service. They were very patient and professional. They were very clean and wore uniforms. The guys that did the installation were very courteous with my wife too. They cleaned up very well.

Carrie came out for personal observation and measurements of bath. Shae then sat down and discussed what we wanted and did not want for the remodel. A new design was then presented, as we loved what she had done ,changed very little. She was able to assist us in picking everything from tiles to shower doors, counter tops, vanity and fixtures. All items we ordered and arrived in timely manner, slight delay in arrival of 1 item but we were informed in advance. We had worked with her in the past when she was at another store, but the service, cost and availability of products was much better at Von Tobel. All items ordered and delivered, we chose to do the install.

Things went pretty well. My wife did a lot of checking and we ended up going back to them so the price must have been right.

One of the contractors they had goofed up and drilled a hole through a sink that we had ordered. That was a special order sink, than we had to wait two months for that, so we excepted a new sink. Overall the job had turned out well.

Wonderful - everyone was friendly and professional, from the sales staff to the professionals installing the carpeting. We will be purchasing all of our future carpeting from Von Tobel's. Very good experience.
