Constant Clean Maid Service

.The company. Constant Clean, ignored my phone call and email with a picture right after I  reported dissatisfaction with the one unusual problem (the carpets had deep lines throughout them) and then when I called back a week later to find out why noone had called me back, I was told that  i called too late to mention the other two problems I had and said the deep lines in the carpet  were from a beater bar and some people liked them) but I never heard of this.
I have used this company many times over the last several years but not for many months. I was shocked at the response. 
Not professional and no pride in their work.
I not only was billed $65 but gave $20 in tips which I left with the 2 girls because they arrived 15 minutes late and I had to leave 15 minutes before they finished.
1: have NEVER had deep grooves left in the carpet so why didn't they ASK ME if I wanted deep grooves?
2. have not had the kitchen stainless steel hood left full of dust
3 have not had the master shower left with shampoo still on the walls, obviously not wiped down.
So disappointing. I only want companies to do what they promise and what I pay for.

It is a good company especially now that we were able to request the two cleaners that we like and then, we have the same people coming every month. I appreciate that. We like the individuals they sent out very much. They have a nice low cost.

Every time they came it was a different crew and every time their was issue with the cleaning. Doesn't take pride in their work and just runs through the house not caring. Last time they came over to provide cleaning they were here for less than hour when it should take two hours. The results showed. I called to complain to the owner Bob who still chose to charge me full price for that day. Don't bother.

They were supposed to do a deep cleaning, but there was a large amount of dust on the dining room table.  They didn't move anything on my daughter's night stand to clean. They left a lot of dust on the light covers and broke one which they will not replace.  They left a window open claiming it jammed when they did not even touch it. They scratch the baseboard.  They denied any of the damage and refused to fix anything stating they turned it into their insurance and told me now it is between me and the insurance company.  They also refused to refund any money after not doing a deep cleaning as agreed.  

UPDATE:  I was sent an email from him after this original review was posted, and it contained a computer virus, which was intentional.

Maybe they have changed, but I doubt it.

(The house was empty). They did a very good job, however, they did miss a few things which is why I gave them a B for Quality.  I'm sure it was an oversight, and was nothing that couldn't be remedied quickly, but I felt t needed to be noted.  I would use this service again and would recommend it.

We have been using them for about a year now. They do a very nice job for a fair price and we have found them to be very responsive. Highly recommended.

I am extremely pleased with the work they perform and would recommend them to anyone.  They even get into nooks and crannies that other cleaning services miss.  they are bonded and insured, and they handle themselves in a very professional manner, including promptly answering my request for a quote.
When you call them, someone is there to answer the phone, too, for which I am grateful. 
Another plus: Constant Clean is part of the Cleaning with A Reason Foundation, which cleans homes for free to those undergoing cancer treatment.  I've not used the cancer-related service and am not sure exactly how it works, but it says so much about Constant Clean that they are involved in helping the community in this way.

Like I said previsouly the final straw was the rudeness of the owner. I won't use them and make sure I let other know not to use them.

I had used them previously. They arrived about 30 minutes late previously. The cleaning people coughed the entire time they were here and seemed to rush through the job. The sinks and tubs were not completely clean...there was still gunk by the drains, the mirrors had streaks, there was no sparkle to the stainless faucets or kitchen sink. No offer of any credit for the lousy service, but since they were reasonably priced, I decided to give them another chance a month later, with another crew. They arrived 2 hours late! When no one showed up as expected I called the office and no one responded to my calls to the office. After the crew left, the office finally called back. They said there had been a 'schedule change' and that's why they came late. No explanation as to why they didn't have the courtesy to call me to see if that was okay with me. It totally upset my schedule for that day. They did a better job than the previous time, but still not what I expected. Arriving late and not cleaning properly are totally unacceptable. My only regret is that I gave them a second chance. I will never use them again!

I AM A VERY BUSY PERSON AND I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO CLEAN UP BEFORE MY FAMILY ARRIVED. I THINK THEY CHARGED A REASONABLE RATE FOR HOW MUCH CLEANING THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I AM THANKFUL FOR THEIR SERVICES.
