"Dan did an exceptional job both times. Job #1-We had Dan install our 7" baseboard & shoe moulding in our Fireplace room & Dining room w/closet . Job #2-We brought Dan back to remove old and install new stair tread for about 18 steps. He worked about 10 hrs straight with no lunch or breaks. He had all the tools needed and cleaned up completely after work was completed. So if you're looking for great handyman "Dan is the man". Five star both jobs. I'd load pictures but don't how."

"WOW! I couldn't have asked for anyone better to come paint our house. Marcos came to our house to do an estimate and less than a week later was able to come complete the work. We had almost our entire house repainted (about 2,850 sq ft) and Marcos and his crew finished in about 3 days. They were extremely professional, clean, and efficient. Marcos went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and get paint samples that we wanted to see. "Very good. Cleaning was through and professional. The cleaner damaged one screen by yanking it hard. They did fix the screen but could not fixed the tabs that broke off. Other than that it was an excellent job of cleaning nearly 50 windows.

"We bought the move-out cleaning special.  They arrived promptly and got to work.  The house looked great. However, I noticed a few things and I am not sure if I am being too picky about a move-out cleaning (I had never had one done before; are they supposed to leave the house without a speck or smudge? or just an overall wipe down?).  I noticed all the appliances had a visible residue on them, and so did the hardwood floors and the countertops.  We had to end up cleaning them over again.  Also, many of the baseboards were still dusty and dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves too. And I found a spot on the ceramic tile that needed a little extra scrubbing to get the spot off.
But I am wondering if a move-out clean is just to get the bulk of it out, and they did that very well.  We had two cats and there was hair all over the place and that seemed to have been taken care of.
