They came out and cleaned out our gutters and did a great job. They got it done and did not leave any mess behind. We have some high places to reach gutters and they handled it all without a problem. Will use them again.

Difficult to get a response from the company after leaving a voice or text message. The Whole House Cleaning offer is misleading and is not that at all. I didn't read the fine print which said $239 for 1 person for 8 hours or 2 people for 4 hours. Lesson learned on my part. The 2 people did a great job cleaning but they were 1 hour late. They couldn't finish in the 4 hours though and I had to pay for another 2 hours at $60 per hour to have them finish.

Could not have been more disappointed. For starters they had contacted me to say they would be doing work on Friday morning. No one ever showed Friday, or Saturday or Sunday or Monday nor did I get any communication as to why they didn't come or when they needed to reschedule. Finally after I contacted them they said they had sent me a message which did not go through that they wanted to do on Tuesday. Not a problem and if all had gone well I would have been ok with that. However, that being said, very poor shoddy work was done. yes, the gutters are clean but they made a HUGE mess of it all. I just spent an hour of yard cleanup after they left and have another hour or two of more work. Rather than collect and bag up debris they threw it everywhere. I have leaves and debris in my flower beds, rock and mulch landscaped areas, bushes, grass/yard area, there are leaves and dirty water splashed up against my windows that now have to be cleaned. debris and dirty water slashed all over the siding of house. Geez did they just use a leaf blower to blow it all over???????? I would have rather just done it myself and bag it up - would have taken less work that the cleanup of the mess they left me. This "business" cant possible be successful if this is how they do all their "work" DO NOT USE them pay more and get a better company and job done.

Had a mix-up on address of service. Had to reschedule for 2 days later. They were 40 minutes late with no call that they were going to be late. Once they got there, they went to work immediately and did not stop until they were done. They did a great job. They cleaned all the cobwebs, dusted baseboards, windowsills, bathrooms, closets, kitchen, dusted ceiling fans, mopped floors and swept the carpet. They did it thoroughly and timely. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We bought the move-out cleaning special. They arrived promptly and got to work. The house looked great. However, I noticed a few things and I am not sure if I am being too picky about a move-out cleaning (I had never had one done before; are they supposed to leave the house without a speck or smudge? or just an overall wipe down?). I noticed all the appliances had a visible residue on them, and so did the hardwood floors and the countertops. We had to end up cleaning them over again. Also, many of the baseboards were still dusty and dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves too. And I found a spot on the ceramic tile that needed a little extra scrubbing to get the spot off.
But I am wondering if a move-out clean is just to get the bulk of it out, and they did that very well. We had two cats and there was hair all over the place and that seemed to have been taken care of.

This turned out very, very well. Scheduling was fine. They were prompt and did an excellent job cleaning out the gutters. There was no debris left from what I saw. I would definitely use them again. They were very courteous and efficient. I really appreciated their service.

It didn't go very well. Initially, when i did the deal, paid Angie's List online and i wasn't aware that i was not supposed to pay him so i paid him as well and when i tried to call him to get the money back, i didn't get my money, so i went back and forth for three or for months, but never got my money back. And the guy did great work, but its unfortunate that he didn't give me my money back. I would like to use him again but clearly i don't know what to do.
