My house had some pretty nasty dirt build up on the back porch from dried on mud as well as significant mold growing around my fence and back of my house. After they left my fence SPARKLED! It was the cleanest I had ever seen it. The paint on my house was quite fragile as well and I expected some of it to come off but they were able to clean my house without stripping any paint at all.
