"Dan repaired part of my laminate flooring that had been accidentally damaged. When I requested the repair, Dan messaged me right away and came to my home two days later to give me an estimate. When we decided to go ahead and get the repair done, I asked if we could wait two or three weeks in order to budget the cost of the repair. Dan was very agreeable to that, and we agreed on a date and time. Dan was an excellent communicator. He messaged me two days before the repair confirming the appointment. He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He had to remove the damaged flooring, and put down the flooring we had left over from when we had the floor originally done ten years ago. He was here only about 2.5 hours, was very efficient, and the noise wasn’t bad at all. He hauled away the bad flooring and cleaned up after the job was finished. He did a very professional job, and I can’t even tell where the damaged floor was. The price of the floor repair was very reasonable."

"The crew did a great job. They came while I was at work and thoroughly cleaned the deck (power washer, wood cleaner/brightener). They even took the time to clean under the deck (it's on a 2nd story). It took them several hours, but they got the job done. This deck is over 600 square feet with many railing spindles. The next week, they came back to stain everything. They called a couple of times during each process to check in with me, which I appreciated. I appreciated that they covered everything with tarps to make sure my house siding and garage door did not get messed up.
