He came to my house the next morning. I had directly contacted another repair company that had me waiting 3 days for repair. Justin explained exactly what he found wrong. He showed me the faulty parts, and we figured out the initial problem was a painter had painted door exterior which stuck causing gears to hang up and gradually bend.
