Thank you for visiting our company. We have been here for 37 years servicing Indiana. Call today.
"This is only a limited summary. Buyer, especially seniors, BEWARE! Average product, but very poor installation quality and workmanship. BCI-BathPlanet of Indianapolis arrived an hour late without calling, and no return calls from the office, sales rep., or service manager. They damaged three areas of an adjoining wall into another room using a Sawzall. And, they left without telling me. I had to cleanup the paint and drywall debris. The next day they arrived, and I showed they the damage. They admitted they damaged the wall using the Sawzall. I withheld $500 of my payment. It should have been at least $4,000. They promised the following business day, a Monday, they would have someone call to make the repair that day, but they did not show and did not call. When I called their Customer Service, BCI-BathPlanet would not return my calls total of about 20 times. I had to stop by their office twice but they claimed "there was nothing they could do" to make the service manager return calls. They refused to have the owner call me. Our sales rep. used deceptive sales practices by claiming to be a part-owner. The office told me he was not a part owner. When I visited the office they said I could only talk with the service manager. Shower shelves fell off the walls. Caulking was very poor. After almost three months they finally attempted to make some initial repairs. So.e were satisfactory, but others were so bad I had them remove parts of the decorative trim because they said "it was the best they could do"."

"Awful - Worst decision of my life. Unskilled labor, sloppy. His workers left food & trash all over. House got full of flies. They lost my house key and blamed me, the customer. An estimate of 4-6 weeks turned into 4 months. We finally just fired him to get him out of our house. They damaged counter tops, dented and scratched appliances. Refused to take responsibility for it, except for one major obvious deep cut in my counter he couldn't deny. Left me broken hearted and I feel I can't trust anybody anymore. I should never have trusted the first person to quote the job. (That was my fault.) Should have known from the start when he was over an hour late to the initial appointment. The painter painted over a smoke detector on the upstairs wall (who does that!?) & got paint all over. Didn't fix the wall surfaces or prep them like he had said he would. I think he started out wanting to do a quality job but he bit off more than he could chew. I don't think he's a bad person, just a very bad business person. I could write a book on all the crap that went on. Crew was there only a couple hours a day most days when somebody showed up. Neighbors kept me apprised of activities. They spent lots of time outside smoking instead of working. Left a bucket full of stinky cig. butts by the front door for months. One Sat. morning during the summer I went into the house and the thermostat had been put on 50. The house was freezing! He blamed the thermostat malfunctioning. Grout work is sloppy and full of cracks in the master bath. Wall tile where the wood stove goes is seriously crooked in the kitchen. Flooring actually has a thin piece missing in the kitchen just under the molding. Don't know what I will do to fix that. He had the nerve to call my son-in-law a moron to his face when we fired him. Very unreliable, undependable, & unprofessional. Should have taken legal action but I just couldn't continue with the grief any longer. I wanted it over. I felt so hurt and so victimized. We heard he thought we would take legal action against him. We are slowly trying to fix and improve what was unsatisfactory. So much was left unfinished but we just couldn't take it anymore. Heard he was going to declare bankruptcy and start another business under a different name. I would gladly share his name but not sure if that is appropriate or wise. I've learned to ALWAYS get references and see evidence of previous work. Never take a person's word for anything. Lesson's learned can sometimes be painful, heartbreaking and very expensive as in $35,000. Believe it or not, he had a Preferred rating on Home Advisor and that is why we contacted him and thought he was good. Guess what service we will NEVER use again!"

Cowboy's Consolidated Services (C.C.S.) in Martinsville, Indiana services all of Central Indiana's home and business General Contracting needs. We are a local, family & disabled veteran owned & operated business. We believe in top quality work and 100% customer satisfaction. Top quality. To some that sounds expensive. But, it doesn't have to be, as founder Mike Lyle realized in 2008. He noticed that every construction service he worked for was always up charging materials and cutting corners. Profit was #1. He realized that this was not the way to go, so he struck out on his own. He determined the job was going to be done right, by qualified pros, at a fair price. So that's exactly what we do, from electrical & plumbing service charges (often 20% less than competitors) to not charging a penny more than we pay for materials. Our pros are drug screened & background checked, have verified experience or participate in a structured apprenticeship which includes classroom and on the job training. All our pros (including our office staff) take continuing education courses for their trade. We are affiliated with the PDCA (Painting & Decorating Contractors of America, NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) and others. We are insured and licensed, and we can provide as many references as you need. We back our work by conducting a walk through of the finished project with each client prior to final payment, for painting & coatings we have a 30 day free touch up and we warranty the labor on each project which is transferable. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We offer seasonal specials as well as our year round senior, public safety, and military/veteran discounts.
"He never shows up at the time he states. When he leaves for supplies it can take hours for him to return and blames it on other people at the store. Fails to provide receipts to show actual amount spent on materials. Constantly ask for money for gas. When you point out things that he did that needs corrected he states such and such is the reason it’s that way; for instance he repaired part of the floor by my door cut the bored crooked and said it was the way my floor tiles were that made it look that way, that was not the case. He also drinks on the job. My doors are not in straight, pointed out and he said they were straight. The ramp on my deck need more support and he told me he would do it but did not. He also needed an extra beam on the ramp hand rail but said it did not need it. I told him not to come back and my husband and brother are having to fix his mess ups. I know we over paid him for materials; my husband works at Lowe’s (where he bought the stuff) and knows how much all of it would cost."

Small company doing small jobs that most companies would think too small to be worth the time. Also, we do renovation and repair. We do rental maintenance, and offer maintenance plans tailored to each landlord's requirements. We offer 25% discount on labor to Seniors referred by Area 10 Agency.

Generally speaking, yes, enclosing a patio to create a sunroom will add value to your home, as you’ll be increasing your square footage and adding utility to the space. The average ROI for enclosing a patio is around 70%, which is higher than many other home improvement projects. The value you get from creating a sunroom on your patio will depend on several factors, though, like the quality of the materials you choose, the extent to which the space is finished, your remaining yard space, and more.
Enclosing a patio to create a sunroom or three-season room is a great idea for many homeowners, as it creates a space filled with natural light and fresh air for relaxing and entertaining that you can use even in inclement weather. Plus, most homeowners see a great return on investment of around 70%, so much of the cost is recuperated over time.
The average cost to enclose a patio to create a sunroom is around $5,000, and prices generally range from $3,000 up to $10,000. The price you pay will depend on the state of your patio and whether it needs repairs or additional structural support, the quality of the materials you choose, the size of your patio, and whether you plan to run utilities into and finish the sunroom. The price for a fully finished patio enclosure could run up to around $20,000, while you might pay just $2,500 for a screened-in porch.
In almost all cases, you will need permits if you plan on building a sunroom over your patio, but regulations and requirements will depend on your municipality. Permits to enclose your patio will usually cost between $300 and $1,000. Since navigating local building codes and zoning requirements is challenging—and the consequences of not following them can be extremely expensive—we strongly recommend hiring a sunroom builder to complete the work and pull the permits for you.
