This is just one of many emails/ text/ calls I had to make to this company to get the windows that I paid for installed properly. So would I recommend them... no unfortunately I would not.  I am writing in hopes that you can help me with an issue with the Louisville location. On 10/16/24 I had an in-home estimate with a sales agent, who is no longer with the company. During the estimate, he mentioned a price per window, and it was not too far off from the price I had paid per window for my other replacements. He also mentioned that he would stop by on the install day and make sure that "it was like they had never been there, except the windows". I signed my life away, after an exceptionally long presentation, for 4 windows under your buy 2 get 2 promotions. Later when I was reviewing the paperwork the total was much more than I expected. I called the office and asked for an itemized statement, trying to determine the price per window, labor, and other cost. I was told that all that could be sent was the window contract, I explained that I had the contract but was curious about the price per window. I was told an email would be sent to see if the information was available and I would receive a call back. It never happened, so I called again and repeat, called a third time same story. Finally, I was told that the information was not available and would not be provided. I asked about canceling the contract and was told I would forfeit approximately $3000.   A few days later (12/2/24) I received a text message that the order was complete and received by the location. I scheduled the installation for 12/6/24. That morning, the installer arrives, and I show him where the windows are going. Two of the windows are going in my home office, so I had moved my computer to the living room, which is next to the kitchen, where the other two windows were going.  As I was working, I heard glass shatter, I thought the installer had fallen against the window. I went in to see if he was okay. He informed me that he had to shatter all the glass to take the frames out. He said he would repeat the process for all 4 windows. I advised him that none of the other installers had ever had to break glass on purpose to get them out. He just shrugged and continued. After all the windows were installed, he let me know he was cleaning up. I told him I had to run out for about 20 minutes, but I would be right back. My adult son was home if he needed anything. When I arrived home the installer had left, and my son had signed the paperwork.  When I went to let my dogs out, I saw some glinting on the side of the house.  I thought there might be some stray glass, so I grabbed the broom and dustpan and started sweeping. I found so much glass, and not just small pieces. I reached out to customer service at 513-672-7550 about the issue and lack of cleaning. The lady I spoke with stated she would put in a request to have someone come out Monday (this was Friday) and reclean. I advised her that I could not wait until Monday, I have pets and grandchildren and cannot have glass all over the place.  I took pictures and sent them to Bill and Brandon of the glass I cleaned up from my flower bed on 12/9/24. One of the gentlemen (Mike I think) stopped by the house, they also needed me to resign the paperwork my son had signed. He was able to pick up an additional handful of glass, some larger pieces, not something that should be overlooked. He mentioned that they had had issues with this installer in the past. I was told that they were going to chat and would get back in touch with me. I waited over a week, then called and asked for a message to be passed to them, that I was still waiting to hear back. I still got nothing. I waited until after the holidays and called back on 1/2/25 using 502-450-9681 the line for Erica. She stated that Mike had just walked out of his office, and she would ask him to call me. That was at 12:37 on 1/2/25 and as of 8:56 pm on 1/7/25, I still have not had any contact from anyone. During this call I also asked about the referral bonus for the sale to my sister and brother-in-law.  I also noticed today that the is some issue with one of the windows, the interior handle is miscut, so it is sharp and some of the finish is peeling, it is a small area but should not be happening on brand new windows.  One of the windows began to leak during rains. When I called someone was sent to check on it. They advised that all 4 windows were not properly fitted and needed to be reinstalled and one even needed to be replaced. All of this took an additional 6 months and was completed in June 2025.  This experience has been exhausting and disappointing. What I am asking is that you have someone reach out to me with a resolution to the issues that have plagued this transaction and the referral bonus. Just for additional information, there were major issues with my sister and brother in laws install the same day, somehow their issues have reached a resolution, but mine have not.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions or any information I can clarify.

Do not trust this company. I ordered 11 windows at a total cost of around $18,000. They came out to install them and 6 had been mismeasured. Since then they have ghosted me. I have called their customer service line a dozen times over the past few weeks and never once been able to get in touch with a real person. It has now been three months since my original purchase with no word at all on the remaining six windows. Notably they have fully billed the financing company for these windows. Terrible customer service. I wish I had used a more local company because their national customer service is worse than anything I've ever dealt with.

Installers seem fairly nice but left a mess at every windows and left them dirty. Was missing parts for one window that I called about and they said someone would call me in about a week (which I thought was kinda long), week as come and gone and no calls so I called again and got an answer machine. Starting to feel like they think we'll we got your $ so we are done with you. I've had people roll their eyes when I said who is windows and startup to think I made a mistake but I guess we will see. Look for updates on review depending on what happens next.

One of the service people that came was very argumentative. He spoke over the top of me several times. He said, “ don’t try and blame me I’ve never been here. “ I tried to explain that I knew he hadn’t been here before but he wouldn’t stop talking over me. He then said, “ nobody told you 1230 for a appt. They always give a window. “ Again I tried to speak and he began talking over me. He was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I told him to leave my home and he wasn’t doing any work in here and not to come back. So unnecessary for him to behave this way. His ballistic responses tell me he’s most likely had similar complaints.

We used Champion many years ago and recently bought an older home that needed all windows replaced. We only called Champion and knew they were going to be more expensive than some local handyman or small company, but we expected high quality products and workmanship. They delivered what we expected. Everyone we dealt with were professional, courteous, and timely. We had to wait about 6 weeks for the windows but I was in no hurry. Good financing. 12 months same as cash. We were so impressed with the work that we also had them order a new front door and storm door and shutters. They were recently ordered so not yet installed. I will use them again for my rear door and basement windows. .

They are great. The Champion of Lexington. They are all over. They are efficient. They explained everything before they get started. They are a good company. They are good. They were average in price for what they do. They were efficient, personable. They cleaned up after themselves. They were neat when they left. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. It took three days to complete, maybe two. The communication was just fine. They didn't bother me much.

Our room has leaked from day one and they don't respond until after I contact BBB then when they come out it still doesn't fix it. We still have not been able to put any flooring down because of he leaks. I don't want it to be unseen and then rot floor after their so call warranty is over. Bought the All Season room. Worst product and money spent on project. I wish they would come take the room away

The guy that came out and actually did all the work was very nice, friendly and helpful.
