"Ever Dry came in and waterproofed the foundation - installed sump pump and air purifier. They had to dig in the crawl space to lay the drainage for the pump. The job was completed in two days. I was amazed with the service and care they showed for our home and property. I would recommend them to everyone who needs this type of work done."

"I’m extremely satisfied with Regional. We had three sump pumps that needed to be replaced (primary, secondary, and water powered backup). The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. I will definitely hire them for future jobs."

"The work that was needed was on a very old home in bad shape. They repiped the old tub and installed a new shower valve in a few hours. Everything is upfront with this company regarding the expected work needed and the cost. The only surprise was there wasn't any surprises. I would hire Regional again without hesitation."

"Downing subcontracts the pumping and clean out to Midwest Excavating with oversight by a Downing representative. Twenty minutes late to the promised 1.5 hour window that was provided, but otherwise satisfied overall with the service. Relatively simple job, and would recommend to others although higher cost compared with the "average" cost provided by Home Advisor."
