"Ever Dry came in and waterproofed the foundation - installed sump pump and air purifier. They had to dig in the crawl space to lay the drainage for the pump. The job was completed in two days. "I’m extremely satisfied with Regional. We had three sump pumps that needed to be replaced (primary, secondary, and water powered backup). The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. "The work that was needed was on a very old home in bad shape. They repiped the old tub and installed a new shower valve in a few hours. "My sump pump died around 5:30 in the morning after a night of rain. By 6am someone from Downing called to inquire about my issue and although I work in Chicago, and could not be there to meet the plumber, I was able to get this sorted by 10am. The people I spoke with were super nice, Jim the plumber was very informative and though I wasn’t expecting to have this cost, I felt the price was fair for a new pump installation. (Yay, homeownership!) I was able to pay over the phone and the whole process was quick and (relatively) painless! Will keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs! Thanks again!"
