I called Affordable tree service for an estimate and Doug showed up on time the next day with a very thorough and reasonable estimate. Within a week the crew of three guys came out to do the job. They were incredible!! They worked so hard to complete the job quickly and professionally. Cleanup was thorough!! This business is amazing and I highly recommend them. Couldnâ t be happier.

Doug did the tree trimming exactly as proposed but sooner than I expected. He communicated immediately to my initial inquiry and showed up on time the next day for a meeting. Excellent to know this guy. I have more planned for him.

Great job. They arrived early (a good thing), took down three large trees, cut the logs into 16 inch lengths and stacked everything nicely. Great job cleaning up. Very professionally done.

Back in March, Rigby Affordable Tree Service came to my home to do the unthinkable job. An Oak tree, over 100 years old, that my house was literally built around needed to be taken out, because every limb extended over every square foot of the new roof. With every gust of wind there was a concern of limbs 3 feet and more in diameter falling that would have certainly destroyed the house. Of course there was phone calls to other tree services in the Muncie area, but not one company would commit to doing this huge job, well except Rigby Affordable Tree Care. Not only did they commit, but the weâ re punctual, professional, honest and very affordable! A month has gone by and I am still in awe at how well this job turned out. The business owners were on the job sight on multiple occasions overseeing the work, and through multiple conversations I can attest that they are people of very high character. With this massive oak only 6-10 inches from the gutter line of my home it was a tricky job to say the least. There mindfulness, calm demeanor, and professionalism never left me with any concern. If you support small business and you have tree work in the Muncie and surrounding areas, I highly recommend that you call affordable tree care. They will not only get the job done with an affordable price but they will get the job done safely. Thank you affordable tree care for your outstanding work!

Just a pleasant experience from start to finish. Courteous, prompt service. In fact, he promised to get a dead tree down that I was afraid would fall on the house, done a week earlier than promised and the other part of the job done over two weeks sooner. He broke the job up into parts to help get it done quicker because he knew I was very concerned. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work and debris removed. I highly recommend Mike and his wonderful crews.
