"I believe Shawn had knowledgeable experience in installing french drains and other various drains. There was some issues but there customer service was good and was prompt in getting those issues fixed."

"This is the closest category I could find for what I had done and know that they do this type of work. I hired this company to install a french drain in the back of my yard. There is a hill behind me and the grade from the house made the water collect in a swamp with nowhere to go. They did a great job of trenching out the entire width of that area, added perforated pipe with a filter cloth and gravel, then replacing the topsoil. They put a well with a sump pump at the end and tubing to pump the water out to the front of the house so it would go into the drainage system. Mike Jr., Brandon Powers, Eric Lawhon and Mike Houtchins were the team of workers and did a great job cleaning up afterwards also. It was a pretty large project but it only took them two days to complete. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend them."

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. "Everything went as promised. He advised me on what color roof would be best and was right. I am satisified with the job done on the roof.
The clean-up was good on the roof job and the attic stairs.
I am extremely satisfied with my attic stairs. He purchased  stairs that are aluminum rather than wood because they are more sturdy...and I am glad he did, there is a big difference. It took about 3 hours to install the stairs after the roof was completed.
The opening was trimmed out perfectly. All I will have to do is paint the door opening.
I have a few small jobs I will have Dimmit do for me in the future. I will recommend Dimmitt to anyone that needs a contractor.
The only problem I can see is the wait for them to do work. They are busy. If they do work for you, you will know why you waited, it is worth the wait. They are good. I can't say enough good things about them.

"I called the office and told them that I had a window that may need replacing. The seal looked like it had broken. They came out within a couple of days and evaluated the situation. They ordered the window and called me back when it was ready for installation. They came out replaced it and removed the old window. They were only here a half hour. They are always prompt and courteous."
