excellent ! Representative was on site within an hour of my requesting service. All concerns were addressed. Options were discussed and pricing was reasonable. Service was quick and the problem solved.

I called Bud’s Plumbing on an after hours service call. I was told the additional charge was $299 & that was the only itemized amount on the invoice for after hours. After installation, paying the invoice, & discussing the cost with the owner, it is still unclear how much the after hours service fee actually was. Bud’s refuses to discuss any numbers or apply any logic to the invoice & pricing. My original invoice was $3,173. After the fact, I was made aware that Alstadt Plumbing charges $1,695 & Sims Plumbing charges $1,575. The same parts at Lowe’s (AO Smith 40 gallon gas water heater, Flextrol expansion tank, & 3/4 pressure reducing valve) cost $634. Bud’s charges $1,648 for the same parts, over a 260% markup. The owner was shocked I could come up with what I was charged for material cost, after explaining that sales tax is charged on materials, he couldn’t & wouldn’t discuss this with me. The technician that came out set the new water heater on the water logged, sinking plywood & left at 9:45pm knowing I was having restoration done. Restoration 1 ripped out the water heater at 8:30am the next morning. Bud’s refuses to tell me the cost to reset the water heater because they are billing it to Restoration. A week later after fighting this battle I received a $750 credit. Which I’m sure is just going to be reflected back on the invoice to Restoration 1.

They were good company. People liked them.

Very happy with the work. The charge for weekend work is usurious. My no for hire again is because the charge for weekend is exorbitant.

I've worked with this company commercially and personally great service all around. I do question the validity of the one star posts.

Called a friend seeking help installing a hand held shower head. He recommended Bud’s Plumbing. I called late in the day and wasn’t expecting anyone until next week for installation. I was elated to learn that they could install the same evening. The technician, Tyler, was prompt, professional, courteous and helpful. I knew the brand of shower head I had but unsure if it could be duplicated. Tyler found the perfect shower head and picked it out himself. I love it!!! It matches the bath fixtures perfectly. He even had it installed in under 10 minutes!!! I will definitely be using Bud’s Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs!!

It went okay, but I thought Angie's list was a service where you could compare prices for similar work. I found myself immediately set up with an appointment with a plumber of whom I had no knowledge, nor how much the job was going to cost. This is misleading on your advertisements as I thought you were given a choice of professionals with an estimate of what the cost would be. One statement that annoyed me was "Plumbing ain't cheap" The work was satisfactory but I bought very highly I will use your services again, nor will I recommend them to my friends. Lorrie Springer

They did an amazing job.

The technician showed up, assessed the problem and advised the cost would be over $500. Since the leaks in both tubs were bad, we agreed as they needed to be fixed quickly. The tech did not have the needed parts in stock so he left to go get the appropriate part. When he returned he began work and was at our home approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours. When he left there was still a slight drip which he stated was normal. After a droid of 2 months the leak progressively got worse to the point it was when we first called. Their work is only warranted for 30 days so we decided to call someone else to fix the problem. The other plumber fixed the problem for under $200 and we have not had any further problems and zero drips.

They came when they said they would, and did a job that passed inspection at a price much lower than the other quote I had obtained.

Called after hours, but service fee was too much to pay for after hours (198), but on call person recommended waiting until Monday and could get on schedule early. Received call 7:30 am Monday that they could come out 8:15-9 am. They came and solved issue very quick. Was pleased with service

I was very satisfied with what they did. I'm pretty sure that was $80 something dollars, but I don't remember. They were very responsive when we had a need they usually showed up that day. They did the job, cleaned up after themselves and were very good to work with.

They were booked when we called them in the morning, but by afternoon Matt was here. Really knowledgeable, professional, nice guy. He explained that the old water heater hadn't really been installed correctly for a garage, something we had wondered about. He put the new water heater up on a metal stand, which is the proper way to do it. We will definitely call them for future work.

They came out quickly and ended up replacing the hot water heater for a price we were very pleased with. They got done so quickly we had them do a series of smaller jobs we had been meaning to take care of.

Excellent. Leland and Colin were amazing. Leland even went beyond the scope of the job and reinstalled our dishwasher when he noticed it wasn't installed correctly in the first place by the original homeowners. They repiped the bathroom and basement without having to cut into the ceiling or walls. I was very happy with their service!

Very well, I thought it was a little pricey,, but I did not get estimates from anyone else to compare to, as we needed the toilets replaced quickly and efficiently as we were open for business. All went very well, with no complaints. The installers were very professional, and cleaned up after themselves.

They found a section of drain pipe in the yard that was broken & they replaced it.
