The glass was ordered and arrived within the expected time frame. Office called and we set an appointment for installation. Arrived on time and unwrapped and prepared the window and put it in without disturbing anything around it. Window is clear, fits perfectly and looks like it belongs in the window frame. This company is customer oriented and their installers are professionals. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work and will continue to use them."

They even removed all the downspouts. While replacing some wood was part of the job, they identified, and replaced wood that I didn't know was bad. When they were done the only things left were a sparkling house and barn; no other indication that they were there. They should be the first company that you call."

Justin inspected the problem inside and out, took a lot of time to explain it to us very clearly, and even showed us videos of how Indiana Foundation Service uses push piers to lift the foundation, and once it is in place, pulls the inside floor up to level. I can't say enough about Justin, who was the very definition of professionalism. He explained the problem and the process for fixing it so clearly that my wife and I both understood it. He gave us an incredibly fair estimate of the cost--to our relief--and scheduled an appointment. I can't begin to tell you how grateful we are to Justin. After estimate is completed within 24 hours, you will have the opportunity to forget to follow up, but dont worry, another admin will call you to schedule the appointment that you forgot to make…literally for the next day. After work is completed to your satisfaction, you will receive your bill to easily pay online (who does that?). After it falling to the bottom of your email for a few weeks, you will be politely reminded. Not only was it easy to pay, they didnt even charge me extra for my laziness. Cant recommend this company to anyone, unless you of course want an actual great experience with a contractor."
