"I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years.

"The men came to the house on time and started work right away.
They washed the windows inside and out in each room.  They listened to any special instructions I had for each room.
If they found a problem they told me about it.  One window had something on it that only another solvant and razon blades could get it off.  They do not use razor blades so they informed me of the procedure but I needed to do it myself.
They cleaned up after each room.  
They were very professional and I would have them wash the windows again and have passed their name on to others.

"I wish I had taken a before and after picture of the carpet.  I seriously considered replacing the carpet it was so bad.  The cleaning with something called a roto vac did an unbelievable job. I swear the carpet looks new!.  Allen is the owner/operator and was on time and one of the nicest people I have ever met. I am so glad to have found him on Angie's List and will never use another carpet cleaner again.  He did an amazing job for a very reasonable price.
