Some of the stains from dog urine did not come out, which was expected. House smells great and floors are amazingly clean.

He gave very good information on his company (a franchise) and what he can offer us. He was punctual and got right to his work. The carpet, rug and sectional were cleaned very well. There were two spots that had 'shadows' and he warned us that there had been damage done to them before hand. He made suggestions on how to handle that. He did work diligently to be able to remove those stains. Overall, we were pleased with his work."
