He gave very good information on his company (a franchise) and what he can offer us. He was punctual and got right to his work. He was very personable, professional and gave us a lot of information in order for us to make a sound decision on what we wanted done to our carpet and upholstery. The carpet, rug and sectional were cleaned very well. There were two spots that had 'shadows' and he warned us that there had been damage done to them before hand. He made suggestions on how to handle that. He did work diligently to be able to remove those stains. Overall, we were pleased with his work."
