We actually asked Cathy, the owner, to come out and give us an estimate almost a year ago, but then had to make another, more urgent repair and had to wait on this one. When we were ready we contacted Cathy and she sent her crew out to get started. The workers were considerate, clean, and immensely talented at their jobs. They broke up all the old concrete and hauled it away, and set up the framing for the new work. The weather wasn't cooperating so they had to come back a few days later to pour. The new concrete is amazing. We asked for a brush finish and it looks fantastic. They went the extra distance in repairing old areas that time had adversely affected. They encountered a couple of surprises and navigated them flawlessly, and they cleaned everything up at the end of each day. We can see the care they took everywhere we look.
