PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPING SERVICES

Rodrigo and his team did a wonderful job repairing driveway pavers and installing a landscape feature at the end of our driveway. Crew was very polite and prompt. Highly recommended.

We had used this company for work at a previous house and were very happy, so hired them again for a patio and fireplace installation at our new home. We were misled from the start about the length of time it would take for the fireplace kit to arrive. We were told 2 to 2 1/2 weeks when we learned later it was 8 to 10 weeks. That, in turn, ended up being 4 and a half months before the fireplace actually arrived. That is the manufacturer's fault for the extra delay but the expectation was incorrectly set that we would have it by the end of May as of mid Sept. we still did not have it. The response from this company was consistently lacking with no updates and in fact we started communicating directly with both the company that the fireplace was ordered from and the manufacturer themselves. There was never any follow up and on numerous occasions we were told by Professional Landscaping that they would arrive to do something and then never show up. The work was finally completed and it looks great. However, we were charged more than we agreed to by several hundred dollars because of some extra things we had them do on the patio. A price was quoted but never put in writing and in the end we paid $300 more than we agreed to. We trusted because we had had a good experience in the past with the company. However, we will never use them again and would advise anyone working with them to get everything in writing including timeframe for completion of work.

The project was done superbly. The edging of the old patio was done in a manner that would not restrain the bricks from moving (held in place with plastic retainers). Professional Landscaping builds everything above and beyond what I expected. Instead of a plastic retaining wall as used before, they lay cement next to the pavers thereby eliminating any chance of movement. Everything is level now and has an impeccable appearance. They clean up the mess before they leave, rake and sow grass to cover worn areas created by the machinery. To summarize, the patio looks outstanding, and the rocks they delivered were raked also and made such a difference in appearance. Next year I will add a retaining wall to the front and side of the house and I wouldn't consider using anyone else but Professional Landscaping.

Landscaping

Rodrigo and his team did an excellent job. Rodrigo was great to work with, very customer friendly, and very knowledgeable. He gave us some great ideas that really enhanced our design. He was very conscientious and eager to please . Often checked back to give us an update and met his commitments. A very good experience and I would strongly recommend him. Great price, great service, and very happy with the final product!

Rodrigo was very personable and eager to please. Members of the landscape team were personable, hard working, and delivered quality service. Our only frustration was that they didn't always show up at the time we were told they would be there. Since we weren't on a tight schedule, this wasn't a problem for us. If you engage their services on a project that is time-sensitive, I recommend communicating your timeline very clearly. The work looks great and has prompted admiring comments from neighbors. We anticipate engaging Rodrigo and his team to do additional work in the back yard.

They were very reasonably priced and very quick given the amount of work we needed done at our new house. Looks great!!!

Everything was great. The job was finished in LESS time than estimated (Unheard of for a contractor!), and it turned out even better than we expected. We chose the paver and stone colors, but Professional Landscaping added some very nice accents that really make the patio stand out. The staff was prompt, efficient, solicitous of our input, and responsive to our requests. We couldn’t be happier with the work and the outcome. We highly recommend Professional Landscaping Services.

All went great! He came as promised and did a beautiful job. My yard is beautiful! Looks exactly like the drawing he did. We are very pleased.

The work the guys did was fantastic. Very clean, very competent. The only issue I had was with communication from Rodrigo. All I really wanted was an accurate heads-up regarding when the work would be done. Rodrigo just needs to work on planning and communicating those plans. I would use them again, as the work was excellent.

Rodrigo was there within 24 hours to provide a quote and job was done less than a few days later. Great job! Will certainly call for our next yard project

They came to give an estimate on Saturday, and by Wednesday evening, the work was done! Very prompt, very professional, very friendly. They even helped a neighbor with some jobs on his property. Highly recommend!

I've had very good experience with them.

My house has beds all around it and we were tired of mulching so we had river rock spread. It took them about 4 hours. It was raining that day too. They were much cheaper than anyone else quoted.

I've used them 3 or 4 times now. They have a very good price. They are very punctual. They have great communication as far as when I'm going to do there if they're running late or something. They let you know that. They just really communicate well. Like i said pricing and the quality of work. They get it done quickly. He always sends, Rodriquez,the gentleman I think who owns it, at least the guy I always deal with, he always sends a large enough crew so that the job is completed well within time. It depends on the size. The first job I had done I think there was about 8 of them. The last job was I think three. They knock it out in 4 or 5 hours. They're not spreading it out. Never have they had to come back for more than one day. You're dealing with the owner. He's hispanic, so language is a little bit tricky but he was very respectful, very responsive. If he said he was going to be here at 6 and it was going to be maybe 6:15 before he'd get here, he would call and let know or send me a text and let me know.

Rodrigo and his team did a great job. They showed up when promised, worked until the job was completed, and cleaned up when they were finished. I plan to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.
