I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. His price was better than the others, and he showed professionalism by promptly returning phone calls and emails and arriving at the house when scheduled. We initially thought he would have to do extensive replacement of the decking, but, when that turned out not to be necessary, he adjusted the price accordingly. I also made changes to the gutter work, which he made with a minimum of fuss.
